CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify registrar in writing by email to aowusu@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to October 12, 2012. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by October 19, 2012. No refund if notification is received after October 19, 2012.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

TRAVEL

The Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel is located 1.5 miles from the Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD). The hotel provides 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle to and from O’Hare Airport. The pickup location for domestic travelers is at Door 2 of the Shuttle Bus Center.

Taxi’s are readily available in all terminals and the approximate one-way fare is 12 dollars.

Parking is available for 15 dollars per day and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
