FMI Member Convening for the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health

Meeting Description: 

On July 13th, FMI invites members to participate in an FMI member listening session and convening in preparation for the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. 
 
Not only will the listening session provide an opportunity to share experiences with others in the food retail industry, but it will help finalize a FMI Collective Report that will be submitted to the White House. This report will help inform the White House National Strategy, expected to be debuted at the Conference in September. The Food Industry Collective Report will showcase FMI members’ health and well-being initiatives and community engagement programs that align with the FMI supporting pillars for the White House Conference. Discussions at this listening session will lay the groundwork for future work and potential industry commitments going into the White House Process.
