Key officials from government, NGOs and advocacy groups that are interested in partnerships with the CPG and retailing industries should also attend.

Registration includes all meeting materials, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee does not include your hotel accommodations or dinners.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Notify the registrar in writing, by email to register@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, minus a $75 processing fee per registration, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to September 19, 2012. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by September 26, 2012. No refund if notification is received after September 26, 2012. Registration questions? Airport:
The closest airport to the 2012 Sustainability Summit is the Reagan National Airport (DCA).   Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) are alternative airports and are within an hour’s drive of the hotel.

Train:
Amtrak has regular train service throughout the Northeast Corridor into Washington Union Station (WAS) which is located a few blocks away from the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.
 
Parking:
Parking is available at the hotel.  Overnight valet parking is $41.00/night with in and out privileges.  These rates are subject to change without notice.
