2015 FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum

Hotel Reservations

Through our official housing partner, onPeak, we provide reduced hotel rates and travel discounts for your trip to Chicago. Chicago is going to be a bustling destination this June and guest rooms are selling quickly.

The FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum event is co-located with FMI Connect 2015. Please note that the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place hotel is participating in larger city-wide conventions over our dates so guest room availability is very limited. However, there are a number of hotel options for the FMI events taking place.

View all available hotel options and make your hotel reservations here: http://onpeak.co/fmi.

Be sure to select the category for “FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum” and choose from any of the hotel options listed to book a room in the FMI block at reduced conference rates. If you need additional assistance with hotel reservations, please contact onPeak at (800) 631-9088 or (312) 527-7300.

Hotel Reservation Deadlines begin May 19, 2015, but with such a strong demand for hotel rooms, we encourage you to plan ahead and make your reservations as early as possible.

onPeak is the only official hotel management company associated with FMI. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering hotel rooms for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with FMI and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

Important Note: To support our industry, FMI secures discounted hotel rooms for registered attendees. Therefore, rooms secured through onPeak, FMI’s official housing partner, are subject to audit. Should FMI discover unregistered attendees in our room blocks, we reserve the right to release those rooms with written notification to the individual or group.
