The Food Marketing Institute plans on applying to the below jurisdictions for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. Please check back for updates.

Alabama	Approved for 10.3 General Hours of CLE Credit, but ethics credit was not granted
California	California grants CLE credit for courses sanctioned by certain jurisdictions. Documentation will be provided to any person requesting CLE credits for California.
Connecticut	No mandatory CLE
District of Columbia	No mandatory CLE
Florida	Approved for 12 General Hours of CLE Credits  and 0.5 Ethics Credits
Georgia	We currently have not applied to Georgia. Please contact Jordan Pietrak if you would like to receive credit from this state.

Kansas	Approved for 10 General Hours of CLE Credit, but ethics credit was not granted
Kentucky	Approved for 9.75 General Hours of CLE Credit, but ethics credit was not granted
Louisiana	Approved for 8.80 General Hours of CLE Credits and 1 Hour of Ethics Credit

Maryland	No mandatory CLE
Massachusetts	No mandatory CLE
Michigan	No mandatory CLE
Minnesota	Approved for 8.75 General Hours of CLE Credit, but ethics credit was not granted
Mississippi	Pending
Missouri	Approved for 10.5 General Hours of CLE Credits and 0.5 Ethics Credits
New Hampshire	NH Attorneys must independently qualify this course for compliance with Rule 53 and self-report their actual attendance within 30 days of attendance.
New Jersey	New Jersey grants CLE credit for courses sanctioned by certain jurisdictions. Documentation will be provided to any person requesting CLE credits for New Jersey.
New York	New York grants CLE credit for courses sanctioned by certain jurisdictions. Documentation will be provided to any person requesting CLE credits for New York.
