The following outlines the details for our upcoming ICC Council and committee meetings at the Hyatt Regency Dulles, Herndon, Virginia on October 11 – October 12, 2017. Attached is the draft agenda as well as the minutes from our October 2016 meeting which include committee progress reports and key deliverables. Please plan your air travel arrangements as soon as possible to arrive on Tuesday, October 10. The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11 and conclude by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12. You should plan airline reservations to arrive and depart from Washington Dulles International Airport which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. If you plan to send a representative for your company, please forward the individual’s name to Demetria Lundy-Cobb at dlundycobb@fmi.org. If you would like your assistant to have access to this site, please forward their name and email address to Demetria as well.
Please click on the “Hotel & Logistics” tab for complete meeting and registration information. Our hotel room block cut-off date is Tuesday, September 19. Any reservations received at the hotel after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. The FMI discounted group rate is not guaranteed after the cut-off date so be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible.

Online Reservations –
1. Click on the hotel link Hyatt Regency Dulles
2. Click “Make A Reservation”
3. Enter desired Arrival and Departure dates
4. Click "Find" to check available rooms and complete a reservation
Call-in Reservation –
1. Call Hyatt Regency Dulles Reservations at 888-421-1442 and follow the phone prompts.
2. Reference “Food Marketing Institute” to reserve a room in the group block with the discounted group rate.
Reservations Cancellations and Changes:
The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations no later than 4:00 p.m. EST 72 hours prior to arrival or guest will be billed for one night’s room rate plus all applicable taxes. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
Airport Information:
The Hyatt Regency Dulles is approximately 3 miles from the Washington Dulles International Airport and estimated taxi fare is approximately $15-20. Alternately, the Hyatt Regency Dulles provides a complimentary airport shuttle to/from Dulles Airport. The hotel shuttle picks up at the airport every 30 minutes from 4:30 a.m. ending at 12:30 a.m. The airport pick up location is curbs 2A and 2H, in lower baggage claim.
Please plan your air travel arrangements as soon as possible to arrive on Tuesday, October 10. The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11 and conclude by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12.
