Who Should Attend:

Your company's sustainability leadership group should attend, along with senior executives looking to incorporate sustainability into strategic business planning and representatives from the affected functional areas of operations including marketing, communications, and procurement. Key officials from government, NGOs and advocacy groups that are interested in partnerships with the CPG and retailing industries should also attend.

Registration Includes:

Registration includes all meeting materials, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee does not include your hotel accommodations or dinners.

Companion Registration

If your spouse, partner or non-industry guest is planning to attend any of the social events (reception and offsite event), he/she must be registered and wear a conference badge.

Please note, due to the joint nature of the FMI/GMA Global Sustainability Summit, the registration fees are based on specific company type.  All member companies either consumer packaged goods companies or technology/service providers are subject to specific rates regardless of GMA or FMI membership affiliation.  NGO /Government rate is reviewed and is pending until approved. Please contact the Registrar at 202.220.0844 if you have any questions regarding membership or company type.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

If you are unable to attend the conference, FMI/GMA encourages substitutions. Please notify the Registrar in writing, by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, minus a $75 processing fee per registration, is granted when a cancelation is received by July 24, 2015. A 60% refund is granted if the cancelation is received by August 3, 2015. FMI/GMA reserves the right to qualify registration rates and invoice for remaining balances due or issue refunds.

The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is reporting a sold out situation over multiple nights. The Sheraton Denver Hotel is managing a waitlist and accepting new reservations on a case by case basis, at the hotel’s current available rate. FMI/GMA cannot guarantee availability or the room rate. Reservation Cut-off Date (now extended!): Monday August 3, 2015, 5:00 p.m. (local time). 

After the cut-off date, FMI/GMA cannot guarantee hotel availability or the reduced group rate, so please book early.

*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. One (1) night room & tax deposit is required to secure a hotel reservation. Hotel rates do not include state and local taxes (currently 14.75%). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. Your credit card will be charged for your room deposit immediately upon completion of your reservation. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancelations must be made directly with the hotel. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the Global Sustainability Summit. FMI/GMA reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. The hotel will add an early departure fee of $50.00 to any guest who checks out of the hotel prior to the guest's confirmed check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel prior to or at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
 

Hotel Cancelation & Changes

The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancelations or changes no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancelations must be made directly with the hotel.
