RATE and CUT-OFF DATE

The cutoff date for securing a room at the negotiated rate of $169 single / double per night, plus tax is Monday, September 9^th, 2013.  We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date.  Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.  Be sure to mention the FMI Consumer Affairs and Communication Seminar to obtain the negotiated rate.

AIRPORT

The Hyatt Regency is within three major airports. Located Less than one mile from Ronald Regan National Airport (DCA). The Hyatt Regency Crystal City offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport daily approximately every twenty minutes from 5:00am-12:00am. Pickups occur outside Baggage Claim at doors at 5& 9 and also at Terminal A.

Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) are also accessible and can be arrange via an outside shuttle company for a nominal fee.
