Cancellation Policy
(Non-Retailer/Wholesaler/Product Suppliers Members Only)
Please notify registrar in writing by email to Kellee Fuller at register@fmi.org.
A full refund, minus a $75.00 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by June 28, 2024. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements (and unforeseen weather), FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after June 28, 2024, but attendee substitutions are allowed.
