The hotel cut-off date to reserve at the group rate is Tuesday, June 27, 2023. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date.
Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.
FMI Guest Room Policy for State Association Attendees
As always, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we are pleased to offer a complimentary standard hotel room for one State Association attendee per State Association on the two nights of the meeting (August 5 and August 6). State Association attendees should reserve rooms directly with the hotel. A credit card and one-night's deposit will be needed to secure the room, but State Association attendees will not be charged for Monday night night (Aug. 5) or Tuesday night (Aug. 6). However, attendees are responsible for any cancellation charges incurred. See below for the hotel's cancellation policy. State Associations are welcome to send more than one staff member to the meeting, but FMI can only offer complimentary hotel rooms for one State Association attendee per association.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Individuals deposit is refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
Please Note: FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly or using the official hotel link provided in your confirmation e-mail. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third party reaches out to you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
