Cancellation Policy

Please notify registrar by February 21st, in writing, by email to register@fmi.org or fax 202-220-0830. A refund, minus a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to February 21, 2014.  All registrations received after February 21, 2014 are non-refundable.

Please contact Hilton reservations at (800) HILTONS (445-8667) to reserve your accommodations for this event. A block of rooms has been reserved until Monday, February 10, 2014. Be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the Food Marketing Institute Annual Business Conference (GROUP CODE: ABC) to receive the special conference rate of $209 single/double per night.
