Cancellation and Other Policies:
Notify the registrar in writing, by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, minus a $75 processing fee per registration, is granted when a cancellation is received by July 26, 2013. A 60% refund is granted if the cancellation is received by August 2, 2013. We will not refund if the notification is received after August 2, 2013. Registration questions? A discounted rate of $199.00 for single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees has been negotiated with the Westin for reservations received by Monday, July 22, 2013. Cancellation
Notice of hotel cancellation or changes must be received no later than 48 hours/two (2) days prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit.
