Program Overview

The 2022 FMI Supply Chain Forum addresses immediate needs to restore food retail industry supply chain equilibrium and provide long-term focus on supply chain resilience and transformation.

The final program will be built around key findings and recommendations developed by industry players during three one-day “Immersion Days” taking place in July and August 2022. During these pre-forum planning sessions, we will collaborate on a three-stage approach:

Where We Are
Level set the current challenges in the supply chain and identify root causes.
Where We Want To Be

Determine the desired future end state.

How We Get There

Develop near and long-term recommendations with action plans, pilots, white papers, policy proposals and roadmaps.

The full program will finalized by the end of August 2022. The Forum will begin on Tuesday, October 18 with an evening reception and end mid-afternoon on Thursday, October 20. The program will include presentations, panel discussions and roundtables and networking opportunities, allowing for in-depth discussions between trading partners in the food industry.
