We take your safety seriously and are doing all the planning to ensure we host a safe, healthy event for you.

We are following the guidance from worldwide health organizations and experts. We are fully committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide a safe and healthy environment for attendees. We encourage our attendees to work with us to help make this happen.

FMI staff are implementing the following best practices to help attendees stay healthy and to reduce exposure and risk:

  • Provide sanitizing and disinfection materials for general attendee use.
  • Increase cleaning and disinfection across high-volume common areas.
  • Monitor recommendations from the relevant health authorities including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state, local, and city government officials.
  • Encourage attendees to adopt some best practices in order to act in their own best interest and in the best interest of their follow attendees.

What We Expect From You

HEALTHY HABITS

We ask you to monitor your health, come symptom-free of illness, and use best personal hygiene practices while in attendance.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We ask you to stay 6-feet or a safe distance from one another to keep each other healthy.

BE SURE TO WEAR A MASK

We ask attendees to wear a mask for the protection of yourself and others.

HAND SANITATION

We ask you to wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer to protect yourself and others.

WE ARE CLOSELY FOLLOWING GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FROM:

The FMI team will be reviewing guidelines for coronavirus safety measures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in addition to state and local guidelines. We will be following applicable federal, state, and local laws, adapting our plans accordingly and sharing updates with our audiences.

Travelers should follow the CDC’s recommendations for traveling safely including:

  • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth - masks are required on public transportation,
  • Stay 6 feet/2 meters from others and avoid crowds,
  • Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).
