Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to August 30, 2019.  No refund if notification is received after August 30, 2019. Substitutions can be made at anytime prior to the official conference badge being distributed.
