Who can attend?

Short answer: everyone!

The only requirement is that you are fully registered for the FMI Midwinter Conference. 

Who can present?

Tech supplier partners taking part in the Tech Exchange may share non-commercial ideas. TechTalk proposals are reviewed and limited, so submit your Talk outline early.

Tech Exchanges

Tech Exchanges facilitate face-to-face time with your technology partners.

Each appointment lasts 25 minutes.
At any one time, we have a maximum of 27 tables.

Retailers & Wholesalers

You may reserve and occupy a table, so that suppliers and service providers rotate to you. We do ask that you commit to a minimum of four appointments in a row.


No additional fee.

Tech Suppliers & Providers

You'll receive access to the FMItech@ scheduler. Retailers and wholesalers will remain seated at designated tables, so wear your comfy shoes! Maximum number of appointments per person is 14.


Associate Member with 2+ registrations     $1,595
Associate Member with 1 registration          $1,995
Non-member (Taste of FMI) with 1+ registration     $2,995

How it works

  • Your meetings should be strategic in nature.
  • We expect participants to be senior executives.
  • We'll facilitate the scheduling process through our scheduler, but cannot guarantee confirmed appointments. You'll be responsible for securing your own appointments and setting the agenda for each meeting.
