For all new registrations, the onsite registration desk will open on Friday, January 26 at 7:30 a.m.

Cancellation and Other Policies

The Midwinter mobile app and website will reflect the information you provide during the registration process. This information will include your name, title and company phone number as it appears in your confirmation letter. Please take a minute to proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, please notify Debbie Stewart at dstewart@fmi.org. 

Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 22, 2017. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing to register@fmi.org by December 22, 2017. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI can not refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 22, 2017.
