Collaborate through FMI JAM COVID-19 Community

FMI JAM, supported by SAP, is a new knowledge sharing community tailored for food retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, and all subsets of food retail as COVID-19 affects every facet of the industry.

As an invitation-only community, you can collaborate in discussing forums focused on workforce, operations, supply chain, work safety and more.


Through discussion-based forums, FMI JAM provides a valuable opportunity for participants to:

  • Discuss topics of mutual interest.
  • Compare approaches for addressing shared challenges.
  • Gain new ideas for optimizing customer needs during COVID-19.
  • Develop a network of industry peers as a knowledge resource in preparation for future natural disasters.
