RESERVATIONS
FMI has a room block available for the meeting dates. The room rate is $209 per night, plus a $10 resort fee, for single and double occupancy, plus apllicable taxes.

The hotel block cut-off date is July 10, 2020. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.
As always, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we are pleased to offer complimentary standard hotel rooms ($209 per night) for one State Association Executive per State Association on the two nights of the meeting (August 3 and August 4). State Execs should reserve rooms directly with the hotel. A credit card and one-night's deposit will be needed to secure the room, but state execs will not be charged for Monday night (August 3) or Tuesday night (August 4). However, state execs are responsible for any cancellation charges incurred. See below for the hotel's cancellation policy.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellation must be made directly with the hotel. Individual room reservations require a 48-hour notice of cancellation.
Please Note: FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly or using the official hotel link provided in your confirmation e-mail. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.

The hotel is an approximately 45 minutes from Hartford Bradley International Airport (BDL).
One hour from Providence Airport - T.F. Green (PVD).
WEATHER AND RETREAT ATTIRE
The average high for Westbrook, CT in August is 81 degrees, with a low of 65. Remember to pack clothing that will allow you to be comfortable in this weather. Dress for the entire event is casual, which is the same as in years past.
