Objective: To evaluate periodically the terms of the contract with the President. To counsel the President on compensation for the staff officers and other key personnel. To advise the President on employee benefits. To ensure that the FMI compensation and benefits structure is sound, equitable and up-to-date. To ensure that appropriate programs for management development are in place.
