Dr. Ben Chapman, North Carolina State University Ben is an associate professor and food safety extension specialist at North Carolina State University. His group designs, implements, and evaluates food safety strategies, messages, and media. Chapman creates interventions aimed at amateur and professional food handlers, managers, and organizational decision-makers; the gate keepers of safe food.
Laura Dunn Nelson, Alchemy Systems Laura has over 25 years of experience implementing food safety and quality control programs. Laura is a graduate of University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and has worked with global retailers and manufacturers in the implementation of their GFSI certification programs.
