With the Future Leaders Direct option companies can incorporate this industry-tested training program into your own annual meeting or leadership development programs. Future Leaders Direct offers all the content of the Future Leaders program in a format that can be delivered on your company’s terms. Modules in future leaders Direct are based on the same Root Compass® Manager Development program as the live Future Leaders eXperience event.  

Using a licensing model allows organizations to have the flexibility to conduct sessions at their own pace. The set-up fee includes a train-the-trainer session and one set of facilitation materials. Licensing is based on the number of persons to be trained and includes the full experience along with a participant workbook and complete access to 20 sustainment tools and resources. All Future Leader Direct participants are eligible to earn the Food Retail Leader Certificate.
