  • All individuals who participate in the Manufacturer Retailer Exchange Sessions must be officially registered for the conference. There are no “exhibits only” passes for this event and a badge is required to enter. To reserve a table or 10’ X 10’ booth, check the appropriate box on the events page and add the requested information and payment when the key company contact registers on-line for the conference. Visit www.FMIEnergySD.com to register and reserve your space today!
  • A limited number of 10’ X 10’ booth spaces are available. A carpeted 10’ X 10’ space, six-foot table with skirting, two chairs, sign with your company name and standard pipe & drape will be provided by FMI for all 10’ X 10’ booths. Cost is $7,500.

  • A six foot table with skirting, two chairs and standard sign with your company name will be provided by FMI. Cost is $1,500.
  • Product displays are allowed but vary by MRE type. Please review the options available and select the appropriate option for your company. Rules are strictly enforced based on MRE type.

  • The MRE is not a standard exhibition. It is a technical exchange and an opportunity to network with supermarket operators and answer their questions concerning your company’s equipment, products and services. Vendors should focus on what’s new, as well as the applicability and ROI of their products/services for retailers.

SPACE IS LIMITED!

Table reservations will be on a first-paid, first-served basis. Reserve now.

  • MRE VENDOR TABLES: Displays must be limited to what can fit on top of the table provided (6’x30”) and must be under 30” in height. Items such as product samples (e.g., a book of flooring options) and scale models (e.g., of refrigeration equipment) can be shown. Please note that electrical outlets will NOT be available – so no audio, video or electrical equipment is permitted (except a laptop computer or tablet with a self-generated power source). Table displays (above 30”), pop-up displays, banners and/ or backdrops or anything that is placed on the floor are NOT permitted. A company branded tablecloth is allowed.
  • MRE 10’ X 10’ Booths: Table displays, pop-up displays, backdrops and pull-up banners are allowed but must be limited to what can fit within your 10’ X 10’ booth space. Items such as product samples, equipment and other displays can be shown. Please note, electricity is available for purchase directly from the hotel, but audio is not allowed. It is important to know that this is not a tradeshow and the event does not have a general contractor or advance warehouse. Companies are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down within a limited timeframe and labor is not available.

  • Table and booth space location will be assigned by FMI and vendors will be required to remain in the assigned location. Vendors can begin table set-up at least one hour before each session. More information will be provided to the key contact closer to the conference date. Vendors may be required to remove their materials after each session.

  • Vendors must staff their table during the entire duration of the Manufacturer Retailer Exchange. Early departure is not allowed, nor is the setting up of private dinners or events with retailers prior to the end of the exchange on either day.

  • After registering and reserving your MRE table or 10 X 10 space, FMI will reach out for additional company details for inclusion in the conference app. Please provide all requested information, including company description, overview & logo, website address, and sales contact phone number. Descriptions should be no longer than 50 words and should include a brief overview of your company’s products and services. FMI is not responsible for details that are not completed in their entirety.
