The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), the National Retail Federation (NRF), the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), and the Food Industry Association (FMI) (hereinafter, collectively, Joint Retail Associations or the Associations) appreciate the opportunity to jointly submit comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA or Agency) proposed Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hydrofluorocarbons Under Subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act of 2020, 87 Fed.
