Food Protection Manager Certification Training

Train-the-Trainer Programs
The 2-day, Train-the-Trainer program focuses on educating workshop participants on how to become an effective trainer. Materials provided include the SuperSafeMarkŪ Best Practices to Food Safety and Sanitation Guide, the Supervisors' Guide, the Quick Reference Guide, Trainer's Kit and CD-ROMs containing all PowerPointŪ Slides for customization. The instructors for this workshop are Dr. David McSwane and Dr. Richard Linton, respected members of academia and the food safety community and authors of the training material. Workshop participants will also have the opportunity to sit for the Food Protection Certification examination offered by a nationally recognized and accepted program.
