Registration Deadline

The Midwinter Directory will reflect the information you provided on your registration form or entered online. This information will include your name, title, company address and phone number as it appears in your confirmation letter. Please take a minute to proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, please notify Debbie Stewart by email or fax to 202.220.0830 immediately.

    Cancellation

    Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 18, 2014. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing by December 18, 2014. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 18, 2014. However, registrations can be transferred to another company employee.
