Reservations are only available to registered attendees.  Once registered, each registrant will receive a registration confirmation email with a unique code and information to secure housing. The hotel reservation deadline is December 18th, but we urge you to register and make reservations early as  possible, as the hotel may sell-out before this date.

FONTAINEBLEAU HOTEL RATES: Standard Room $339 Single/Double

FONTAINEBLEAU HOTEL RATES UPDATE: A limited number of rooms are available at $389 Single/Double

(Room types include One King bed or Two Double beds, subject to hotel availability)

Each additional guest, above double occupancy in a guestroom, will be subject to a $30.00 per day charge. This rate is inclusive of a 19.95 daily resort fee, which includes complimentary in-room internet, complimentary local and toll-free phone calls, and complimentary use of the gym for all registered guests.

FONTAINEBLEAU HOTEL CANCELLATION & CHANGES

The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 7 days prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit. The hotel must receive notice of guest changes at least 24 hours prior to arrival.  All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

*Please Note: FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.
