Please notify registrar in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to February 17, 2017. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by March 3, 2017. No refund will be granted if notification is received after March 3, 2017.
Sponsor/Exhibit Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for sponsorship/exhibit packages will be accepted prior to January 9, 2017. Suppliers will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee, for the sponsor or exhibit fee. No refunds for the sponsorship / exhibit packages will be provided if cancellations are received after January 9, 2017.
