RATE and CUT-OFF DATE
The cutoff date for securing a room at the negotiated rate of $139 single / double per night, plus tax is Monday, September 8th, 2014. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply. Be sure to mention the FMI Consumer Affairs and Communication Seminar to obtain the negotiated rate.
AIRPORT
The Hyatt is located less than three miles from Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD). The Hyatt offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport daily.
Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA) is also accessible and transportation can be arranged via outside shuttle companies. Please note, DCA is approximately 30 miles from the conference hotel.
