The Annual Meat Conference delivers a complete meat industry program focused on improving sales and profitability. From educational sessions to the Innovative Technology Solutions Exhibit to the Product Tasting Reception, this annual conference addresses consumer trends, marketing and merchandising, technology, human resources and meat department profitability. As the premier meat marketing and operations educational program, it is designed to bring every segment of the retail meat and poultry industries together. The event is co-sponsored by Food Marketing Institute and the North American Meat Institute in conjunction with the American Lamb Board, National Cattlemen's Association, National Chicken Council, National Pork Board and the National Turkey Federation.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please notify the registrar in writing by e-mail to register@fmi.org. A refund, minus a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received by February 6th, 2015. No refunds after February 6th, 2015. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
FMI reserves the right to qualify registration rates and invoice refunds or remaining due balances.
