If you were previously registered for Future Connect® in May 2009, you do not need to re-register. You are automatically registered to attend Future Connect® in October.

Important Registration Information
- If you have any questions concerning registration or general questions, please contact FMI at 202.452.8444.
- Attendee substitutions can be done online or by calling FMI's official registration company for Future Connect®, CSI, at 866.486.0736 or 708.486.0736.
- New registrations for Future Connect® are non-refundable. However they are transferable to another attendee from the same company..
- CSI will confirm all new registrations within 72 hours if an e-mail address or fax number is provided and if form is received with payment and demographic information. All fee modifications will be noted on your confirmation letter. Forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Badges will NOT be mailed for Future Connect®.
- No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed in the education sessions.
REGISTRATION SUSTITUTIONS
If you are unable attend Future Connect® in October, registrations are transferable to another colleague within the same company. Substitutions can be made by updating a current registration online or by calling 866.486.0736. .
GROUP ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
- Group Discount Rates available only to individuals in groups of 10 or more paid registrants from the same company with a valid GAP Code. Please record this GAP Code on all registration forms. Forms cannot be processed without this code.
- Please call Suzanne George at 202.220.0820 for group information and to confirm your GAP Code.
PAYMENT
Payments made by check or money order must be payable to FMI in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank (U.S. money orders are preferred). Payment must accompany your registration form in order for CSI to process your badge. New forms received will automatically be charged $700 for Group Advantage Program participants, $1000 for FMI Retailer/Wholesaler members and Associate Members and $1300 for all others. There are no refunds for new registrations.
