Last week, Cynthia Brazzel, director of member relations and advocacy for the western region at FMI, joined Cherie Phipps, director of the Retail Management Certificate Program at Western Association of Food Chains (WAFC), to promote the Retail Management Certificate Program (RMCP) at Albertsons’ Southern Division Offices in Fort Worth, Texas. Albertsons is helping its employees further their food retail skills by providing information and tuition assistance for the Certificate Program. FMI partners with WAFC to provide rising food retailers with the necessities to become successful managers and leaders in the food industry.
